Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders placed on Dolveo.com. Dolveo is operated by Tradyx EU OÜ ("Dolveo," "we," "us," or "our").
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We are not able to ship to addresses outside the United States, including PO boxes and freight-forwarding addresses in some cases. If you place an order for delivery outside our serviceable area, we will contact you to arrange a refund.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden handling fees at checkout.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1–5 business days from the time your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, factors outside our control — such as carrier delays, severe weather, or high-volume periods — may affect delivery. We appreciate your patience should this occur.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@dolveo.com.
Shipping carrier
Orders are shipped via a trusted U.S. carrier, such as USPS Ground Advantage or a comparable service. The carrier is selected based on your delivery address to provide the most reliable service.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping costs.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members and neighbors and allow up to 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they arrive. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@dolveo.com within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
