Warranty Policy

At Dolveo, we stand behind the quality of our mattress toppers. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, for how long, and how to make a claim. This warranty is offered by Tradyx EU OÜ ("Dolveo," "we," "us," or "our") to the original purchaser who bought a Dolveo product from Dolveo.com in the United States.

What is covered

We provide a 5-year limited warranty on the gel memory foam core of our mattress toppers. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the memory foam under normal residential use, including foam that splits or cracks despite proper handling and use (not including changes in softness or feel resulting from normal wear), and manufacturing defects that materially affect the performance of the foam.

What is not covered

The warranty applies to the memory foam core only. The removable cover (including the bamboo-blend cover) is not covered by the 5-year warranty. The cover, zippers, and any textile components are considered wear items.

This warranty also does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, or a gradual change in the foam's softness, feel, or loft over time.
  • Damage caused by improper use, abuse, accidents, spills, stains, burns, cuts, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Damage caused by an unsuitable, unsupportive, or improperly sized base, foundation, or mattress.
  • Comfort preference — a topper that is firmer or softer than you expected is not a defect.
  • Damage caused by normal soiling, odor, or discoloration.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, or products that have been resold or transferred to a third party.
  • Any product where the original proof of purchase cannot be provided.

Conditions

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies only to products purchased directly from Dolveo.com and shipped to a United States address. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for any claim. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

How to make a warranty claim

To file a warranty claim, email support@dolveo.com with the following:

  1. Your order number or proof of purchase.
  2. A description of the issue.
  3. Clear photographs showing the defect.

Our team will review your claim and respond, typically within a few business days. If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product, or provide a comparable replacement if the original is no longer available. Where a replacement is provided, it is covered by the remainder of the original warranty period, not a new 5-year term.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is the exclusive remedy for defects and is provided in place of all other warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
