100-Night Sleep Trial
We understand that adjusting to a new mattress topper takes time. Unlike many products, sleep comfort cannot be properly evaluated after only a few nights of use. Your body may need time to adapt to the topper's support, pressure relief, and feel.
For this reason, eligible mattress toppers are covered by our 100-Night Sleep Trial, which begins on the date your order is delivered.
How the Sleep Trial Works

Your Sleep Trial begins on the delivery date.

You must use the topper for at least 14 nights before submitting a Sleep Trial request.

A Sleep Trial request must be submitted within 100 days of delivery.

The topper must be used under normal household conditions.

Proof of purchase may be required.
We ask customers to complete at least 14 nights of use because many people require an adjustment period before they can accurately evaluate the comfort and support of a new sleep surface.

Requests submitted without prior contact with our support team may not be eligible for processing.
Alternative Resolutions
Our goal is to provide a fair and practical solution for every customer. Depending on the circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

A replacement product;

Store credit;

Another reasonable resolution that addresses the issue.
In some cases, a refund may be issued without requiring the product to be returned. In other cases, we may request additional information, photographs, or follow-up steps before determining the most appropriate resolution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Refund Processing
Once a Sleep Trial claim or other refund request has been reviewed and approved, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval. Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
